Refund Policy
The short version: if you are not delighted with your child's book, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@mymagicbook.shop with the email address you used at checkout (or your order ID from the payment receipt). That's all we need.
When you will receive it
We confirm every refund request within 24 hours. The money is returned to your original payment method by our payment provider, Dodo Payments; depending on your bank or UPI app, it typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
A note on personalized products
Every book is created individually for your child, but we still honour the full 7-day guarantee. If something in the book isn't right — a misspelled name, a character that doesn't match what you chose — contact us first and we will fix and re-deliver the book free of charge, usually the same day.
Payments & billing
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. as Merchant of Record. Your receipt and invoice are issued by Dodo Payments and sent to your email automatically after purchase.
